This is a classic vanilla cake that is made of fluffy vanilla spongecakes and silky swiss buttercream. Raspberries or strawberries can be used between the layers to highlight the flavors of the cake. It is popular for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions.
Our Medovik Cake is made with the burnt honey, which is the key to this cake, as its folded into the sponge to create delicate layers. It is glazed with sour cream to bring balance to the sweetness of the cake.
